It works like this: a local school or district agrees to accept the Status Solutions Grant of Use. This provides the district with SARA, our automated and customized alerting engine that integrates life safety, security, and environmental controls. Principals, teachers, and other personnel will receive real-time information about any possible threat or disruption from situations as extreme as an intruder to medical emergencies and even mundane things like custodian support. The solution is completely customizable to meet each building’s unique needs. By accepting the Grant of Use, the district becomes a member of the Status Solutions Network (SSN).

Protecting schools with no strings attached funding

Your local franchisee’s, Jennifer and Todd Jackson, run the Status Solutions Network franchise for your local school district. By selling memberships to local businesses in exchange for being listed on the Network Directory, Todd and Jennifer are creating a community of like-minded businesses who are supporting and protecting their local schools by creating a sustainable funding model. Fifty percent of all SSN membership sales go right back to the local school district for additional financial support. In exchange, local parents and students are asked to patronize those businesses that support the school’s safety efforts. In the same way that businesses pay for advertisements to allow the use of Google for free, or to allow Americans to watch their favorite local NFL team on Sunday, businesses are putting their advertising dollars toward helping protect the children and teachers in their communities. Everyone wins.

About Your Franchisees

We are a passionate couple, Jennifer and Todd Jackson, dedicated to supporting school, student, teacher, and citizen safety. Having lived in Central Ohio for over 30 years, we currently reside in Columbus, Ohio. With Jennifer’s 30-year experience in the financial industry and Todd’s extensive background in the technology and broadband industries, spanning both public and private sectors, we believe that schools should be safe havens and that funding and access to the appropriate tools should not be a barrier to education. We advocate for the individual’s choice to live in one’s own home and community safely, independently, and comfortably, regardless of age, income, or ability level.

Actively engaged in our community, we have volunteered in classrooms and on committees to support local schools. Our commitment is to make a positive difference in the communities we serve. Education, in our view, is the foundation of success, and we are devoted to ensuring that all students have access to a secure educational environment. We believe that everyone should have the opportunities they need to achieve the quality of life they desire.
