Status Solutions Network Franchise Training
We’ve developed a franchise training program that consists of a five business day course at our corporate office in Westerville, OH or virtually if the franchisee chooses to do so. But the final days of the course will be carried out in the franchisee’s territory once they open for business. Our program was developed assuming that you’ve never run a business before, so no matter your level of experience we ensure you get all of the information you need to be successful.
Marketing
During our training program we will cover the different marketing tools curated for your success. Most marketing will be done at a franchisee level with the budget allotted to put towards your territory. But, a package of messaging, various templates and marketing materials will be provided for your use moving forward.
Sales Tools & Software
On the first day of training you will receive an iPad fully loaded with all the tools needed to get your business started, including the materials mentioned above. One of the most important tools you will find on your iPad is Ingage. Ingage is the industry leader in interactive content creation through its unique combination of software and storytelling. This program helps to develop tools for sales enablement, interactive sales presentations and customer engagement. Your iPad will already have various presentations downloaded for you to get started immediately. You will receive additional training on how to use the program and create more content.
Ongoing Support
So, you've graduated from our training program and you're ready to start your business, congrats! But, now what? You've got a experienced team of professionals at your disposal to help you along the way. Our franchise team will be available to help with questions regarding bookkeeping, operations, marketing, sales and any other need that may come up.
